Average car dealership service with service reps sitting at their desks talking on the phone and clicking on computers ignoring who walks in the door. Nothing stands out to mention good or bad. Just normal life at a dealership overcharging and ignoring. Construction is making it a pain to get in and out of the parking lot.

This Toyota is almost as amazing as Toyota West (where i bought my car and serviced it a few times before goin back south). Very clean. Waiting room offers good coffee and cold water, as well as a couple of vending machines. All nice and neat.

It was great working with Tanya Rogers on getting new into a new Tacoma. I was looking at a truck here and another in Dallas. The truck in Dallas was a 2025 with 30k miles, and they tried to hike up the price on me with $3500 reconditioning fees.. they really wanted me to pay like i was getting something brand new. Tanya at Robbins actually did get me into a brand new Tacoma for almost the same price on the same trim. If you want a fair deal, it's worth the drive. Ask for Tanya
