We just purchased a new grand highlander. Trent, was a very great help , very knowledgable. He went through the entire setup , which was great help. Everyone we encountered were very friendly and professional.
James was amazing. He helped me get what we wanted and didn’t try to start us from what we wanted and we was able to keep it in the budget that we was trying to spend. Over all out of 3 dealerships I went to that Saturday he didn’t try to put me in anything we didn’t want and never said that’s all he could do. Nice place, very clean. everybody was friendly and it didn’t take 4 hours or more to get everything done.

I was very pleased with everyone at Robbins Toyota. Everyone was very nice and never made me feel any high pressure from the purchase of the truck, the financing and added warranty. When I spoke with the finance manager I told him I didn't want added warranty, and he had me sign a waiver that said that I didn't want it. There was no fuss, no sitting through long speeches, nothing. They listened to me, and gave me what I wanted. Very pleased overall
