Average car dealership service with service reps sitting at their desks talking on the phone and clicking on computers ignoring who walks in the door. Nothing stands out to mention good or bad. Just normal life at a dealership overcharging and ignoring. Construction is making it a pain to get in and out of the parking lot.

Great team - Trent Walker worked with us. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made us feel as if we had known each other for a very long time and wanted us to know he was working on giving us the best deal possible - no pressure, more like a consultant. It was a great experience. Mr. Gabe in the finance department made sure everything was correct - no hard sell or push to far the add-ons. Took the power train option because it covered the computerized parts. I would advise anyone to add that to a new or used car purchase. My job interfaces with those little Beastie... you need protection. It is worth the cost. I am thankful for teams like Robin's Toyota has, especially Mr. Trent and Mr. Gabe. Everyone we met was really kind, thoughtful and really seemed to care. Thank you.

My experience was the BEST!! I was treated like a human instead of a fico score,both TJ and the finance manager were awesome.I should have went to Toyota first will never go anywhere where else.
