Hannah was amazing to work with! Really smooth process. Appreciate all her hard work. I was a little frustrated with the delivery experience. A new vehicle is typically the second most expensive thing a person will purchase and the experience was rushed and lack luster. While Wesley was showing me a couple things on the car his supervisor kept calling him to go greet a new client that had walked in and didn’t have a rep assigned yet. Gave the impression that since yall already had our money you needed to go get the next persons rather than waiting another 5-10 minutes to wrap up with us. I was asked to swing back by later to finish the walk through. Wesley did apologize and gave me his number and I could tell he was a little annoyed at the situation as well. The vehicle is awesome and we are happy with it.

The employees here are awesome; very friendly, respectful, and professional in their service. Despite the challenges I had in my vehicle purchase process, the team did not leave me by myself. I felt their support all the way to the finished line. My goodness, their job is hard. At my exhaustion point, I could feel their energy drained but they still did not let me down. If I or my family ever need a vehicle again in the future, we are definitely going there and whenever that next time might be, I hope to have much clarity on what I want to ease their job.
